Training
CRI has developed a series of training "modules" to help the lending staff better understand and promote credit insurance products. Each training session falls under one of four critical topics: Products Knowledge, Cross-Servicing Skills, Communication Skills, and Management and Motivation Skills. All of the our training sessions have been broken into smaller sections, with many that can be completed in one hour.
