CRI Canada is in a strategic alliance with Johnson Inc. to provide Property & Casualty insurance products to the Canadian marketplace. The two organizations work in partnership to meet the insurance needs of credit union members. Liberty FiTECH Systems
Creditor Resources, Inc. has become a Certified Technology Partner with Liberty FiTECH Systems, creator of the credit union industry's foremost core processing system. The partnership is designed to give existing joint clients of the two companies more choices when it comes to integrating loan origination and sales automation software with their data processing systems. Liberty FiTECH customers now have the option to take advantage of the flagship product, CRIterion32® - a highly customizable front-end loan automation system.

Microsoft®
Creditor Resources, Inc. has entered into a strategic licensing agreement with Microsoft® to incorporate Microsoft® Visual Basic® for applications (VBA) software into those products. This is one of the first credit union partners worldwide to license this technology, giving our clients a built-in standard scripting language that is robust, flexible and powerful. The first such product to feature VBA technology, CRI.connect is a "universal translator" that integrates a credit union's distinct lending delivery channels. A phone-lending channel, currently available via CRI.connect, lets your members apply for a loan 24 hours a day. Additional uses of CRI.connect will allow integration with other delivery channels, like remote branches, kiosks and the Internet. VBA also allows integration with most financial service applications and data on a desktop or network. By using VBA technology, we deliver to each credit union the same top-level standard customization tools used by Microsoft®. This also ensures that CRIterion®-based technology products will remain compatible with the latest development and integration techniques from Microsoft®, a recognized industry leader.
