We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about your members
to any non-affiliated third party without a member's consent, except
(1) as permitted by law; (2) as required to process your business request;
(3) to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing
agreement; (4) to the extent your members have provided consent; or
(5) to our affiliated companies. Our affiliates are companies
with which we share common ownership and which offer, sell or service
life and health insurance and pension and savings products.
Our Security Procedures
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information and only allow
disclosures to service providers assisting us in providing products
or services to you and as otherwise as permitted by law. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic
personal information.

Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company has appointed a Privacy
Officer (PO). The PO provides general guidance to Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company and
its agents to ensure ongoing compliance with Canadian Privacy compliance
across the organization. The PO also assumes the responsibility for
managing the inquiry and issue resolution process, staff education about
matters surrounding privacy requirements and will act as a liaison with
the office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada for the company. For
